Cummins is the answer where heavy step load is the problem — textile floors, plants where everything starts at once — and it has the widest parts network in Pakistan. Perkins wins on fuel consumption at part load, which is where a commercial building's set spends its life, so it usually costs less to own on a tower or a housing society. Deutz is for harsh continuous duty: dust, heat and a process that is not allowed to stop, with longer service intervals to match. We recommend one after seeing the load, not before.

It comes down to running load and, more importantly, starting load — motors, compressors and air conditioners draw several times their rated current for a moment at startup. We run a load calculation on site before quoting, so the rating is measured rather than estimated. Oversizing is not the safe option it looks like: a set running lightly wet-stacks, burns fuel it never needed to burn, and costs more to maintain for its whole life.

Brand-new and certified. We supply genuine Cummins, Perkins and Deutz powered sets with documentation, and we do not deal in rebuilt or relabelled engines. You are welcome to inspect the engine plate and the paperwork at the showroom before anything is paid.

Sets with an automatic transfer switch start and take load within roughly 8 to 15 seconds. Where even that gap is unacceptable — operating theatres, servers, telecom — we pair the set with a UPS so the load never sees an interruption at all. Our canopy units measure between 63 and 82 dB(A) at 7 metres depending on rating — the smaller commercial sets sit close to normal conversation from across a lawn. Exhaust routing and where the set is placed matter as much as the canopy itself, which is part of what the site survey settles.

Routine servicing follows runtime hours rather than the calendar — typically every 250 running hours for oil and filters, with a fuller inspection annually. Genuine filters, belts, injectors and controllers for all three brands are stocked at our Brandreth Road branch, so a routine service does not wait on an import. Annual maintenance contracts bundle the visits, the parts and priority breakdown response into one predictable figure.

Yes. Delivery, installation and commissioning are available nationwide, and we service sets across Pakistan. Transport is quoted separately and transparently based on distance and the rating of the set, and service coverage for your city is agreed in writing before you buy.

Every set carries a 24-month warranty covering engine and alternator, handled at your premises — you never have to transport a generator anywhere. Warranty requires servicing to be kept to schedule, which is one reason most customers put the maintenance contract in place from commissioning day.

Because a real figure depends on the rating, the engine brand, the canopy and ATS specification, and the installation scope — and on the exchange rate on the day.
