The set is only half of what you are buying. The other half is who sizes it, who installs it and who picks up the phone when it needs attention — one team, from load calculation to the service visit three years later.
From first message to a set that runs itself.
Five steps. No stage where you are handed to a different company and told to explain it all again.
- 01
Tell us what has to keep running
A call or a WhatsApp message is enough to start. Connected load, machine list, or a photo of your distribution board — whatever you have to hand.
- 02
We calculate the load and pick the engine
An engineer measures running and starting load, then recommends both a rating and a brand — Cummins for heavy step load, Perkins for fuel economy, Deutz for harsh continuous duty — with the reasoning written down.
- 03
Inspect the set before you commit
Come to the showroom and see the unit, the canopy finish and the ATS panel. For ratings we do not hold on the floor, we arrange an inspection at a commissioned site.
- 04
Itemised quote, nothing buried in it
Set, canopy, ATS panel, cabling, civil work, transport and commissioning — line by line. You see what each part costs before you commit to any of it.
- 05
Delivery, installation and live commissioning
Transport, foundation, electrical connection and transfer-switch integration, then a test under real load with your team watching the changeover happen.
- 06
Servicing for as long as you run it
Maintenance scheduled on runtime hours, genuine filters and spares from our own stock, and a breakdown line a human answers. Annual contracts available from commissioning day.
A free site survey, an honest recommendation on rating, and an itemised quote with nothing buried in it. No obligation either way.
