Why the site survey comes first
A set sized off a floor plan is a guess. Motors, compressors and air conditioners draw several times their rated current for a moment at start-up, and that starting load is what decides the rating — not the total on the electricity bill.
The survey also settles where the set can physically go. Airflow, exhaust direction, cable run length and the distance to the nearest bedroom window all change the specification, and they are far cheaper to get right on paper than after the concrete has set.
How it is quoted
Line by line. The set, the canopy, the ATS panel, cabling, civil work, transport and commissioning each carry their own figure, so you can see exactly what the installation costs alongside the generator instead of finding it buried in a headline price.
Transport outside Lahore is quoted separately and transparently, based on distance and the rating of the set.
